The Heart Behind Intentional Ops Co.

Intentional Ops Co. grew out of years spent working behind the scenes of service-based businesses — building systems, managing operations, and supporting business owners through the work that often goes unseen.

But it also came from something more personal.

As a Virtual Assistant and Online Business Manager, I saw how quickly flexible work could turn into always being “on.”

 

Businesses ran — but at the cost of time, presence, and peace. I experienced it myself and watched others navigate the same tension: loving their work, yet feeling stretched thin by it.

I created Intentional Ops Co. to share systems and resources that give something back — time to step away, space to breathe, and the ability to be more present for the life outside of work. Because success shouldn’t require constant sacrifice.

This space is dedicated to thoughtful operations, practical tools, and honest reflections that help VAs, OBMs, and operators build businesses that feel steady behind the scenes — so they can show up fully in the moments that matter most.
