Hey — I’m so glad you’re here!

Out of all the scrolling, searching, and “how do I even do this?” moments you’ve probably had while trying to start, improve, or scale your online business, you somehow landed here — on my little corner of the internet. And I don’t take that lightly.

My name is Natasha, and I’m the founder of Intentional Ops Co.I created this space with one simple hope: to make your mental load a little lighter!

If I can help even one person avoid the stress, confusion, and overwhelm I felt while building sustainable systems for my own online business, then every late night and every “there has to be an easier way” moment was totally worth it. So, welcome, new friend!

Where I Started

My online business journey began back in 2020 — when I was pregnant with my first son and navigating the very early days of the pandemic.

At the time, I fully planned to return to my office job after maternity leave. But between childcare closures and the general chaos of that season, we were faced with a tough decision. Ultimately, I left my job and stayed home with our little guy — which, if I’m being honest, is what I wanted to do anyway.

Still, I wanted to contribute financially. And if you’re here, I have a feeling you know that pull all too well.

I started researching everything.But I quickly realized I was:

Not an MLM person
Not interested in telemarketing
Definitely not sold on “testing products” for pocket change

Eventually, I landed on freelancing as a Virtual Assistant — and I never looked back.

I worked as a VA for about 3.5 years, using my background in office systems and pairing it with the virtual skills I was learning along the way. Over time, that naturally led me to uplevel my services and step into the role of an Online Business Manager (OBM).

Fast Forward: Why Intentional Ops Co. Exists

After a couple of years working as an OBM, I remember feeling frustrated one day while trying to implement yet another new system for a client.

I thought:“It would be really nice if there were more resources that just… told me what works here.”

And that’s when it clicked.

Those resources didn’t really exist in the way I needed them — but I knew I could create them for people who were exactly where I had been.

That’s how Intentional Ops Co. was born.
